What I Do
My goal is to free you from your limiting beliefs to help you live the best version of yourself.
Today, with a future forward therapy protocol called Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), you can identify unwanted beliefs and emotions buried in your subconscious mind and release them enabling you to live life at new levels. RTT combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming to successfully shift your mindset in a short time frame of one to three sessions. An RTT session is equally effective either done remotely or in person.
