Both my husband and I have been working with Lydia on specific childhood traumas. I / We didn't realize just how they were holding us "prisoner" until their limiting beliefs were released &/or resolved in the subconscious. Then so effectively and skillfully Lydia helped us integrate the subconscious and conscious into a solid foundation for a more satisfying life in the present.
